Some of you out there are asking, "How can I eat a fully raw, vegan diet?" That is a great question! I am not vegan or fully raw (yet), but am slowly moving in that direction. I think it is something that takes time and practice focusing on one meal/snack at a time.

Oh, and she doesn't just eat a plate of fruit or a big salad, she also has some awesome raw recipes like fettuccine Alfredo (zucchini for noodles), lasagna, carrot/apple/beat salad, smoothies, desserts and more!
