Changing Seasons - Part 2


Yesterday we learned about simple yet effective hygiene methods that may help ward off the gunk of changing seasons.  Today lets talk about naturally boosting our immune systems. 


The best immune booster is our diet.  Eating as much clean, organic and unprocessed foods as possible is key.  Reducing sugar intake and drinking water, water and more water!  What!?!?  You don't like the taste of water?  Not to worry; just add a drop of one of Young Living's citrus oils to your water and enjoy.  They have orange, lemon, lime, grapefriut, slique essence and citrus fresh essential oils; these are also great immune boosters!  How about that.
