Juicing

Do you have a juicer?  Do you use it?  I do not own one, but I do have access to one and thought I would share some of the great juice recipes with a purpose.  Recipes from Juicing Vegetables.


Easy Digestion:

Juice the following
1/2 inch Ginger
Handful of Mint
1 kiwi
1/4 pineapple

Iron Galore:

Need Iron, Drink This
1/2 beet with top
3 kale leaves
1/2 cup broccoli
3 carrots
1 apple without seeds

Skinny Shake:

Low in calories blend in blender, do not juice
4oz Pomegranate Juice
1 cup frozen strawberries
1 cup ice
Squeeze of lemon

Cold & Flu:

Juice following
1 Carrot
1 Apple
Piece of Ginger

Detox:

Juice following
1/4 raw beet
1 carrot
1 apple
handful of mint

Energy:

Juice following
1 orange
Piece of Ginger
Handful of Pineapple

Liver Improvement:

Juice following
1 dandelion root (or 4 radishes)
1/2 beet with tops
2 carrots
1 apple

Immune Fortifier:

Juice following
2 cloves garlic
1/4 inch ginger
Handful parsley
Handful cilantro
3 carrots
Half Apple
Half Lemon
